Under the Education and Care Services State and National regulations, each Centre is required to have policies and procedures in relation to a range of operational practices, values, philosophy, education, safety, human resources, interaction and care of children, family partnerships and governance.

Policies ensure that services with multi-sites, operate in a more consistent and measurable manner. By implementing policies, regularly reviewing and updating them, educators and staff can adopt a more professional and transparent working environment. This practice will enable all educators to understand the required standards and outcomes.

Additionally, a service will recognise a need to develop a policy to address or improve a particular practice or concern, we can customise policies to meet the requirements of your service.
