Early Childhood Professional Services Australia is excited to announce that we are currently finalising our first phase of on-line training. This will enable participants to learn at their own pace, developing practical skills and implement relevant concepts in the Early childhood environment with a view to improve outcomes, for children, educators and families.
Developing professional industry skills have always been a priority to Sandra and I, consequently our suite of early learning training programs will cater for three specific industry levels of knowledge and experience.
They include:
- Introductory Level- Series 1 [Already working in the industry as an educator with 1-2 years of experience]
- Middle Level-Series 1 [In excess of 2 years and hold an industry qualification]
- Advanced Level-Series 1 [Leadership and management level within the Early childhood sector]
Introductory Level - Series 1
Each topic allows the individual participant to complete the learning at their own pace, complete the associated assessment tool successfully. After completion you will receive a certificate of completion to support the training undertaken.
The website will also offer industry tools that can assist educators and services to review their current standard of operation and knowledge and to access new ideas to aid in the improvement of results.
We are currently at the development stage with our Middle Level-Series 1 and Advanced Level-Series 1 and seek your ideas with interests and suggested needs that you may have. This will streamline our research and development stage and better deliver topics that our early childhood networking community would embrace.
